Congratulations to the DORI’s Dr. Alan Watts who was elected as a 2012 fellow of the AAAS. AAAS fellows are recognized for meritorious efforts to advance science or its applications and are elected by the AAAS membership after going through a nomination process. Dr. Watts was among 15 USC faculty elected this year and was selected for his work in the area of neuroregulation in diabetes, obesity, and feeding behavior.
